SAAB COMBITECH

Combitech is a Nordic technical consultancy company combining technology, environment and security. The company has around 1400 employees in 20 locations across Sweden, as well as offices in Norway and Finland. Combitech is an independent company within the defence and security group Saab AB and has a turnover of 1,4 billion SEK (2012). Marie Bredberg is the CEO of the company.

We are an experienced partner in all areas dealing with technical systems. Our consultants have expertise in information security, systems safety, logistics, systems integration, systems development, robust communications, technical product information and mechanical engineering.


COMBITECH'S HISTORY

Combitech AB was formed in 2006 as the result of a merger between Combitech Systems and parts of AerotechTelub.

AerotechTelub was formed in 2000 following a merger between Celsius Aerotech and TietoEnator's subsidiary Enator Telub and Enator Communications. All companies with roots dating back to the 1940s.
In 2001 AerotechTelub became wholly-owned by Saab.

Combitech Software AB was formed in 1992 and changed its name to Combitech Systems AB in 1999. In 2002 Combitech Systems became wholly owned by Saab.

In 2007 Saab acquired Caran Saab Engineering and the business was integrated into Combitech.M

1st February 2012, Sörman Information was acquired and the business is integrated in Combitech.

1st August 2012, we acquired 70% shares in Bayes Risk Management in Norway.
